BEXIMCO Engineering Ltd. (BEL) has been providing high quality civil engineering and consulting services to both the government and the private sector for over a decade and was the largest sub-contractor on the historic 4.8 km long Jamuna Bridge. 

The firm is also involved in a number of road development and infrastructure projects. Further, BEL is the construction firm for all of Shine Pukur Holdings' real-estate projects as well as many of the Group's own industrial projects.

Shinepukur Holding Ltd. Real Estate Division- although real-estate developers have mushroomed in Dhaka and other urban areas over the years, Shinepukur Holdings Real Estate Division was begun with a mission to segment the real-estate market and develop demographically specific housing projects.

Its Manoshi lake view project is a landmark. It offers a prime location and dependable construction quality at a fraction of the costs of other developers' offerings.

Other projects include the largest apartment complex in Chittagong and luxury apartment projects in Dhaka for a total of over five hundred housing units under construction- more than any other developer in the country. In the coming years, the company will expand into town-housing development schemes and commercial projects aimed at improving the real-estate stock of the nation.
